Terms and conditions of use

Zyro is a matchmaking platform that connects manufacturing companies (hereinafter “SMEs”) and system integrators specialized in industrial robotics (hereinafter “Integrators”). These terms govern the use of the website and services made available.

Zyro features for manufacturing companies, including the matching wizard, robot catalog, indicative quotes, integrator contact and project document management, are offered free of charge. Zyro is not a robot seller and does not represent manufacturers: the service is purely informational intermediation.

Integrators access the platform with no monthly fee. The tier (Starter, Silver, Gold, Platinum) depends on the number of certified installations declared on the platform. Zyro applies a variable commission on the value of contracts signed thanks to a lead generated on the platform: the percentage decreases based on the contract value between installer and company and based on the Integrator's tier. The commission is due at contract closing.

• Zyro undertakes to provide the service with the utmost diligence, but does not guarantee specific commercial results.
• SMEs undertake to provide truthful and up-to-date information.
• Integrators undertake to declare on the platform the installations concluded thanks to Zyro leads and not to disintermediate the process.

Zyro is not a party to contracts between SMEs and Integrators and is not responsible for work quality, timing or any defects in installations. Contractual responsibility lies exclusively with the signing parties.

The Integrator may stop participating in the platform at any time, without penalties or fixed costs. Installations declared before closure remain visible on the profile (in historical mode), unless explicit deletion is requested and in compliance with the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of the place where Zyro has its registered office.

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be communicated by email to registered users with at least 15 days notice.
