Pitch

Zyro — The platform connecting companies with the right industrial robotics.

2026 presentation document. On a single page: the problem, the solution, the business model, the market, projections, the team and next steps.

We're open to any form of collaboration — commercial, technological or financial.

01

The problem

The global industrial robotics market is worth $47.8 billion and growing 16.6% per year, with projections of $211 billion by 2034. Despite this growth, access to robotics remains difficult for most manufacturing companies.

1

Fragmented information

Hundreds of models with different specifications, hard to find and complex to compare.

2

System integrators hard to identify

Companies don't know how to find qualified integrators or how to assess their reliability before engaging them.

3

Unstructured process

From the decision to automate to robot installation there is no organized supply chain.

02

The solution — Zyro

Zyro is a matchmaking platform specialized in industrial robotics. It connects manufacturing companies with qualified system integrators, using as a starting point the structured comparison of robots available on the market.

1

Task description

The company describes the task to automate and the production context. In a later phase this description will be complemented by videos/photos of the process to better identify the context.

2

Robot suggestion

Zyro suggests the most suitable robots through a structured database with verified technical specifications, focusing on what is actually useful for that activity.

3

Match with system integrator

The platform generates an indicative quote and proposes the most relevant system integrators by expertise, geographic area and certified installations.

4

Project management

The company contacts the integrator directly on the platform, where all project documentation is centrally managed.

Competitive differentiation

  • Not just a catalog: a tool that covers the entire path, from robot selection to integrator selection.
  • Verified badge and review system: a credible and defensible quality signal over time, only obtainable by declaring projects on the platform.
  • Proprietary database in roadmap: the robot catalog is currently built on manufacturer data sheets; in a later phase it will be progressively integrated with data collected through direct tests by the Zyro team, building a verified and proprietary source today absent from the market.

03

Business model

A success-fee model: Zyro earns only when a lead becomes a signed contract. No monthly subscription for system integrators.

A — Free access

Tiers based on certified installations

Integrators access the platform with no fixed fee. The tier (Starter, Silver, Gold, Platinum) determines visibility, lead priority, reputational benefits and lower success commission.

B — Variable commission

On signed contracts

The rate decreases both with the contract value between installer and customer, and with the installer tier. It only applies to projects closed thanks to Zyro.

TierCertified installationsFixed feeVisibility & badge
🔵 Starter0–2€0Basic profile, certified reviews
🟡 Silver3–9€0Verified badge, +20% in search
🟠 Gold10–24€0Priority leads, +50%, "Recommended"
🔴 Platinum25+€0"Zyro Certified Partner", top "Recommended"

No monthly fee: monetization is based on a variable success commission at closing.

06

The team

Zyro is founded by two under-21s with a university background. What distinguishes the team at this stage is not technical specialization but the ability to move quickly on the market and build concrete relationships.

What we accomplished in a few weeks, without external resources

  • Developed an MVP of the platform (this site).
  • Established direct contacts with the first Italian system integrators.
  • Obtained interest from an industrial general contractor as the first potential pilot client.

The missing skills — engineering, legal, financial — have been identified and will be covered through partnerships currently under evaluation and, in a later phase, with dedicated resources.

07

Next steps

Short term · 0–3 months
  • Calls with partners and pilot clients to define collaboration terms.
  • Onboarding of the first system integrators and closing of the first trackable installation.
  • Platform improvement to handle end-to-end matching.
  • Evaluation of complementary technological partnerships.
Medium term · 3–12 months
  • Close the first end-to-end traceable installation and collect the first verified case study.
  • Start monetization with Silver and Gold plans for integrators reaching the thresholds.
  • Expansion into the European market, with initial focus on France.

Let's build the future of industrial robotics together.

We're open to any form of collaboration — commercial, technological or financial.
