Is it really free for my company?

Yes. The wizard, robot catalog, indicative quote, system integrator contact and project document management are and will always remain free for manufacturing companies.

Are you really neutral toward manufacturers?

+

Yes. We do not sell robots and we do not represent any manufacturer. Matching is based only on verified technical parameters (payload, reach, repeatability, environment) and real fit with your process, not on commercial agreements.

What happens after the match?

You receive the 3 robots most compatible with your process, an indicative quote and the list of certified system integrators in your region. From there you can contact the integrator directly on the platform, where project documentation is managed centrally.

How long does the process take?

The initial match is instant. Requirement verification and sharing with integrators typically takes 1-3 business days. Contract signing and installation depend on project complexity and on the selected integrator.

Can I compare multiple integrators before choosing?

Yes. For each request you can view the public profile of all suggested integrators, including badge, verified reviews and portfolio, and contact as many as you want before closing the project.

How do you manage project documentation?

All documents (technical specifications, quotes, contracts, milestones) are uploaded and managed on the platform. No lost emails, no PDFs in six different versions: one source of truth for you and the integrator.

For system integrators

How is the tier on my profile determined?

The tier is determined by the number of certified installations declared on the platform: Starter (0-2), Silver (3-9), Gold (10-24), Platinum (25+). More tracked projects mean more visibility (+20% / +50% / Top Recommended) and more badge value. The tier rises automatically as you declare new projects.

How does the variable commission work?

It applies only to contracts actually signed thanks to a Zyro lead. The percentage decreases based on two factors: the contract value between installer and company, and the installer tier. Larger projects and higher tiers have lower commissions.

How are verified reviews obtained?

The review link is sent to the client company only after the installation is declared on the platform. The public review is therefore a reputational asset that cannot be obtained elsewhere and cannot be faked.

Are there subscriptions or fixed costs?

+

No. Zyro does not charge monthly fees to installers. The model is based on success commissions: you pay only when a Zyro lead becomes a signed contract.

How do you verify my identity and projects?

+

We verify VAT number, manufacturer certifications, references and declared projects on a sample basis. We want Italian SMEs to find real partners, not storefronts.

Who is behind Zyro?

Three under-21 founders with an obsession for Italian manufacturing. We are building Zyro full time, in close contact with system integrators and SMEs. More information is available on the About page.

Do you have pilot customers?

Yes. We have interest from an industrial general contractor as a first pilot customer, with evaluation in progress.

What are your next steps?

Closing the first end-to-end trackable installation and collecting the first verified case study. In parallel: expanding the robot database and opening early conversations for the French market.
